The Promotions Tracker shows every promotion you have in progress, so you can see what you still need to complete and jump straight to the guide for each one.
What the Promotions Tracker is
The Promotions Tracker is a persistent log of every sportsbook promotion you have marked as in progress. Its job is simple: keep your active promos visible in one place so you do not lose track of a promotion mid-way through, accidentally claim the same offer twice, or overlook one that is close to expiring.
It is not where you find new promotions — that is the Promo Recommender. And it is not where you run the conversion math — that is the Promo Converter. The tracker sits between those two tools: you discover a promo through the Recommender, work it with the Converter, and return here to see everything in flight.
How promotions get added
A promotion is added to your tracker when you click Get Started on a promo card in the Promo Recommender. SmartStake records the promo's book, name, type, value, and the date you started it, and sets its status to in progress. From that point on the promo card lives in the tracker until you complete or remove it.
If the tracker is empty, the page shows the total expected value of all active promotions available in your location — a prompt to head to the Recommender and pick your first one.
Reading the tracker
Each card in the tracker represents one in-progress promotion. A card shows:
- Sportsbook — the book the promotion belongs to, with its logo.
- Promotion name — the specific offer, as named by the book.
- Average time — a badge showing the typical number of days to complete this promotion.
- Difficulty — a badge showing Easy, Medium, or Hard.
- Days left — if the promotion carries an expiry, a countdown of how many days remain. The number turns orange when fewer than five days remain and red when fewer than one day remains, so urgent promotions stand out at a glance.
Clicking a card opens the step-by-step promo guide for that specific promotion.
Sorting and filtering
A sort control at the top of the page lets you reorder your in-progress promotions by three criteria:
- Expiry — promotions with less time remaining first (default).
- Expected Value — highest modelled cash return first, based on the promotion's face value multiplied by the conversion rate for its type.
- Promotion Value — highest face value first.
Each sort can be toggled between descending and ascending order.
A filter panel on the right (or behind the filter icon on smaller screens) lets you narrow the list by:
- Sportsbook — show only promos from specific books.
- Promotion Type — filter by No Sweat Bet, Deposit Match, or Bet and Get.
- Difficulty — show only Easy, Medium, or Hard promotions.
These filters are local to the page and are not saved between sessions.
Acting on a promo from the tracker
Each card links directly to the promo guide for that offer. The guide walks through the qualifying bet and hedge steps in order. If you are ready to run the conversion math immediately, the Promo Converter can pull the promotion directly from your tracker: switch to promo mode, select the promotion from the dropdown, and the tool pre-fills the book, bet size, and eligible bet types automatically.
Work expiring promos first
Sort by Expiry to make sure you convert time-sensitive offers before they lapse. A promotion that expires unused returns nothing.
Relationship to the other promo tools
The three promo tools form a sequence. The Promo Recommender ranks available promotions by expected value and surfaces the one to do next. The Promotions Tracker holds your in-progress offers and keeps them visible while you work them. The Promo Converter builds the matched bet that extracts the value. And the promo guides walk through each promotion step by step. Most users move through them in that order — recommend, track, convert, follow the guide — repeating the cycle until the available promotions in their location are exhausted.
- Odds, prices, expected value, conversion rates, and profit figures shown are estimates based on the last data we retrieved. They can change at any time — confirm the current price at the book before you bet, as odds may move and entry errors can occur.
